Easy Dotted Daisy Manicure

While I like a nice and fancy manicure as much as the next nail art obsessed person, sometimes it is nice to have some simple nail art to do quickly and be done with it. So this manicure was inspired by that need to have something quick and easy. I think waiting for it to dry actually took longer than the actual manicure.

To do this manicure you will need:

• Base color. I'm using the new polish I picked up a few weeks ago, a pretty sky blue by Dermelect that I got on clearance for 97 cents.
• White polish. I'm using a Sally Hansen one
• Gold polish or yellow polish. I;m using gold because I hate yellow.
• A dotting tool
• Clear polish
• Nail polish remover and q-tips to clean up edges

First, paint your base coat. Mine was kind of streaky so I did three coats, the amount you do will be dependent on the nail polish you pick for the base color. Let this dry before you move onto the next step

Now, dip your dotting tool into the white polish and place one dot on each nail.

Then place 5 dots evenly spaced around the dot you did in the middle. These are your flower petals. Wait for everything to dry before you move onto the next step.

Now using your gold, place a dot on the center dot. This is the pollen part of the flower. Let everything dry then top with top coat and clean up your edges.

Now you have a cute and easy daisy manicure in less time that it would take you to put on a set of Jamberry wraps. Yes, I went there.
