Rose City Comic Con is this weekend so I am psyched! I didn't make a costume this year, but it'll still be tons of fun. I'm currently picking out which panels I want to see and making my list of must visit comic book people. Anybody else attending this year? I'll post pictures on Instagram so prepare for a bombardment of geeky things.
September means cooler weather (thank god), snuggly sweaters, and Halloween stuff is in stores! I feel like there is already a ton of great items in the store, and even cupcake decorations are stepping up their game. Target has some super cute things up already, including the most ridiculous hats ever. But I'm pretty disappointed in this years ELF Halloween kits. $8 for a lipstick, a mini eyeliner, false lashes, eyeshadow primer, a brush, and an eyeshadow. Last year had way better kits for like $6, so I'm hoping this is just the first wave. If it was on sale/clearance I'd pick a few up but not for $8.
Tomorrow is my next injection, and this one marks the halfway point. As of right now I don't think the Lupron is working at all so I'm pretty frustrated right now. Not really sure what the plan is if it doesn't work, I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there. But this is the weekend I'll be shaving my head I believe. Getting some huge bald spots and it's really upsetting me so away it goes. I'll have some pretty sweet wigs to rock later though so at least I'll still look fabulous.
