Zenwise Labs Hair Growth Vitamin Review

*I received this product free for testing/reviewing purposes. All opinions expressed are my own*

As I've previously talked about, I have very long hair currently. I'm in a competition to see how long I can get it before it drives me nuts and I shave my head. As anybody who has attempted to grow their hair out past the middle of their back can tell you, it is super hard. Not only do you need to combat hair lose and breakage but you need to encourage new growth as well. One of the things I thought I'd try is a hair growth vitamin and I was lucky enough to receive some to test out and review. Sometimes being a beauty blogger really pays off. These are the Zenwise Labs Hair Growth Vitamins with an added DHT Blocker. DHT blockers help prevent hair lose, and are often prescribed to men experiencing hair lose.

First a medical disclaimer, these contain a DHT blocker so make sure you are safe to take them before you begin a course. If you are pregnant or nursing you should not take this product without a Doctor's explicit approval. I am obviously not a doctor so anything I say is in relation to how I reacted to this product and should not be taken as medical advise.

These are big pills, just to warn you.
So I only took these for about a week before I wrote this post, so I have no long term observations to give you. I did notice a drop is how many hairs I pulled out of my hair brush by the end of the week, which is obviously a good thing. The biotin and folic acid in these vitamins should help keep my hair strong and as a side bonus improve my nail health, which I did start to notice by the end of the week. To see full results you'd need to take them for the full month, which I have not yet done. But judging from the changes I have seen so far I expect decent changes. Will this product give me a foot of hair in a month? No, of course not. But it will help strengthen my hair and allow it to grow strong and healthy which will keep it longer than normal.

I like these so far, though I have noticed that they do cause problems with my "normal" monthly cycle. But I have a laundry list of reproductive issues thanks to cancer so I can only speak for how these affected me. I have seen good enough results that if I hadn't experienced hormone related issues I would continue to take them. If you are looking for some sort of hair growth vitamin check out the Zenwise Labs ones and see if they work for you.
